Founder & Partner
Mikhael Cohen, born in Monaco and raised in Paris, is currently based in Monaco. He is responsible for the acquisition and disposal of logistics real estate assets across Italy and France. He brings extensive experience in real estate transactions in Monaco, with a strong focus on sourcing opportunities, structuring deals, and executing transactions efficiently. Mikhael is fluent in French and Italian, allowing him to operate effectively across both markets.
Palma Cohen Global Real Estate is led by Thomas van Kuijk, a seasoned real estate investor with extensive experience in acquiring, managing, and optimizing real estate portfolios across multiple European markets.
Based in Monaco, Thomas works closely with investors, partners, and advisors, combining entrepreneurial execution with an institutional investment approach.
